1. Working flow:

Feeder→ Conical Twin-screw Extruder → Mould →Calibration Table → Haul-off → Cutter → Cutter → Stacker

2. High efficiency conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder . It can produce transparent PVC soft and rigid sheet and free foam board . The thickness is from 3mm to 30mm, width is from 1200mm to 2050mm.  This sheet is mostly used in transportation , advertisement,furniture industry ect.
