Description of PET Strap Band Machine:

1.Extruder: equipped with automatic loading& drying machine

2.Die head and mould: It adopts high quality mould steel which features high speed production, even extruding, low pressure on the die head, high precision, long life span, etc. One mould can produce two pieces, high efficiency

3.Cooling water tank: Stainless steel cooling water tank controls the crystallization degree to the plastic, and guarantees the extension ratio of belt blank.

4.First haul off machine: It is used for the first hauling after extruding and cooling. It consists of electrical motor, speed reducer, hauling roller, etc

5.Thermal: It is used for heating of raw band, and realizes the second hot extension Second haul off machine: Consisted by the second hauling tension, electrical motor and the traction roller, etc
