NVIDIA GB200/GB300 Server Copper Brazed Cold Plate Liquid Cooler
Technical Specifications
Core Structure: Single-chip independent cold plate (compatible with B300 GPU) + 3D-printed titanium alloy microchannels (channel width < 0.3mm);
Thermal Interface: Gallium-based liquid metal adopted (thermal conductivity: 73 W/m·K), with thermal resistance as low as 0.02 cm²·K/W;
Cooling Capacity: Heat dissipation capacity of a single cold plate up to 1400W, and total heat dissipation capacity of the complete system (72 GPUs) exceeding 100kW;
Fluid Parameters: Compatible with PG25 coolant / deionized water, flow rate: 2–4 m/s, pressure resistance ≥ 10 bar;
Connectors: Equipped with NVUQD03 quick-disconnect couplings, only 1/3 the size of the previous generation, with 252 pairs installed per system.

Cold Plate Radiator
According to the power consumption data and power consumption distribution location of the cold plate heat dissipation provided by the customer, we design the internal flow channel of the cold plate in a targeted manner.
Flow channel design objectives:
The surface temperature of the cold plate meets the customer's requirements for temperature rise and temperature uniformity performance;
The fluid flow resistance inside the cold plate is within the allowable range.
Perform simulation analysis on temperature and pressure drop for the designed flow channels, and adjust the design values of different internal parameters of the cold plate according to the analysis results until both the temperature and pressure drop requirements are met simultaneously.
