IGBT module cooling, featuring FSW bonding technique and a flatness of 0.1mm. It ensures efficient cooling with recommended coolants like
deionized water and operates at a minimum pressure of 1 bar.
Surface treatment includes chromate finish, providing corrosion
resistance and long service life. Product Specifications Advanced Brazing Technology Our vacuum brazing process joins aluminum plates using a filler metal with a lower melting point than the base material, creating extremely strong joints without residual corrosive flux. This high-end technology offers uniform heating, precise temperature control, and eliminates post-cleaning requirements while minimizing part distortion. Key Applications
