Installation and Maintenance
1. Fix the surge protective device on the wall or place the plane, connect the wire according to drawing. 2. PE connect with the earthing, Earth resistance should accord with the standard of lightning protection. 3. The distance should be within 1 meter between being protection device and surge protective device. 4. Surge protective device will damaged and signal interrupter when maximum continuous operating voltage overrun. 5. When its maximum continuous operating voltage overrun, surge
protective device will damaged, if happened, please remove surge arrester immediately and choose suited surge protective device.

Tip: How can I distinguish the quality of the lightning arrester? *The main parameters of the lightning arrester (1) Nominal voltage Un: The additional voltage of the maintained system is consistent with it. (2 Maximum continuous voltage Uc: The maximum effective voltage value that can be permanently applied to the designated end of the lightning protector without causing changes in the characteristics of the lightning protector. (3) Nominal discharge current In: The lightning protection device is not damaged by applying a standard lightning wave with a waveform of 8/20μs to the lightning protection device for 10 times. (4) Maximum discharge current Imax: The peak value of the maximum impulse current that the lightning protector can withstand when a standard lightning wave with a waveform of 8/20μs is applied to the lightning protector for one impact. (5) Voltage protection level Up: The voltage protection level of the lightning arrester in the case of In. When selecting the type, the Uc of the lightning arrester must meet the system voltage, the flow rate must meet the use requirements, and the protection level must be lower than the equipment withstand voltage.
