Feature of TSA Blasting Rotator:

• Using special explosion-proof motor instead of normal motor;
• Electric cabinet adopts double cover for electrics protection;
• Gap or clearance abve bearing is well covered to suitable for bad work surrounding;
• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode;
• Rated capacity is larger than same model welding turning roll. In considering the accumulation of sand during inner surface process;
• Able to joint control with other equipments
• Special design with rubber wheel satisfy with TSA blasting standard.
• Diameter range from 3m to 10m, using as offshore monopile production equipment
