The rotator is mainly used for the basis section flange welding, due to the structure of the wind tower is conical, so the rotator using screw can adjust the rollers' center distance, so that the slope of the tube section adjusted to the weld in horizontal position for welding.

Description:

The whole base of the rotator can be adjust by hydraulic cylinder to adjust the angle of the bracket, which can be tilted in the range of 0-30 degrees for the welding of the flange of basic segment.
