Brief introduction: 

• Tubulars fit up growing rotators with work load limit 200t/pair, using for pil piles/jacket turbulars fit up /growing line. 
   
• Suitable for diameter range 1000mm~3000mm or subject to requirement. 

Product description:

• Tubulars fit up growing rotators are composed by pair of idle hydraulic rotators, oil pump station, electric control system & trasversing trolley and so on.
   
• Each of the idle hydraulic rotator is composed by pair of hydraulic liftable wheel seat with steel forged wheel, machining pedestal with wheel center distance adjustment structure & maual trolley under pedestal.  
   
• The tubulars fit up growing rotator wheels are liftable via hydraulic cylinder driven, by which, it could make the tubulars section moving on vertical,horizontal or even inclined direction. 
   
• Fit up rotator combined working with welding rotator to aligne the sections edge for tackle welding & following inner/outer circle seam welding. 

Main Technical Parameters

Feature:

• Tubulars fit up growing rotators are using for tubular job fit up & growing production line. 
   
• Rotator base is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength to make sure no deformation in long period using span.
   
• Completed structure is processed by temper destressing.It will be pre-treatment before painting, one layer of zinc rich primer,two layer of polyurethane finish.
   
• The wheel is heavy duty steel forged material with working load limit of 200t/pair (2idlers).  
   
• Oil pump station is composed by oil tank, valve block & electric control system. Whole hydraulic system featured with excellent reliability performance & high uptime.  
   
• Electric system is composed of electric cabinet & remote control box.
