Brief introduction:

Gantry welding manipulator used for large scale tube tower outer seam welding. It is also used for H beam or other job automatic welding. 

Gantry welding manipulator feature:

• Manned gantry platform is equipped with welding machine kits for job automatic welding job. 
   
• The platform could be vertical adjustable so as to suitable for different diameter tube tower.  
   
• Gantry welding manipulator can be equipped with various welding power as per customer requirement.
   
• Safety fence & anti-fall device to guarantee safety.
   
• Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and chair are optional as per demanding.

Description of gantry welding manipulator:

1. Gantry type welding machine is be researched, designed and manufactured absorbing domestic and international advanced equipment.
    
2. The frame structure of gantry consists of walking beam, column and upper platform. Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.
    
3. Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.
    
4. The moving of gantry is frequency speed adjust controlled, the welding speed can be adjusted according to welding technology requirement.
    
5. The electric control system consists of one electric control box and two operation panels. The electric control box is equipped on a walking beam, while the 2 operation panels are fixed on the front of upper platform. They are placed separately, which is convenient for operation.
    
6. Mainly used for big pipe, containers, boilers, pressure vessels, oil tank, wind tower and other cylinders assembly welding.
    
7. The machine can assort all kinds of auto welding or manual welding, improving welding quality, reducing the labor and improving productivity.
    
8. The advantage of this equipment is including advanced structure,complete function, easy operation, which ensures improving of welding quality.
    
9. According to the requirement, it can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device.
