Brief introduction:

The horizontal & vertical stroke of the welding manipulator could be customized as per the job size. With movable base, one set manipulator could be working with multi work station.

Welding manipulator feature:

• Welding manipulator can be equipped with various welding power as per customer requirement.
   
• Boom horizontal transmission is using AC frequency converter, stepless speed control and run with steady speed.
   
• Boom end equipped with electric cross slide,which can adjust position of welding easily.
   
• Chain break-resistant and anti-fall device to guarantee safety.
   
• Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and chair are optional as per demanding.

Description of welding manipulator:

• Welding manipulator is part of the automatic welding center comprised together with welding power,flux recovery system & welding rotator. 
   
• There are a number of designs for the manipulators, such as the stationary, the stationary and rotating, and the movable & rotation type.
   
• The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control. PLC programming controller is optional.
   
• The applied industries include boiler, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery and so on, for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.
   
• The advantage of this equipment is including advanced structure,complete function, easy operation, which ensures improving of welding quality.
   
• According to the requirement, it can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device.
