Brief introduction:

The working station is specially designed for cylindrical body multi sections fit up & welding procedure.

The inner/outer C.S welding would be done by welding column boom which is not included in this introduction.

• The hydraulic cylinder has large stroke, which can suit for different pipe diameter.

 Hydraulic fit up rotator description:

• Hydraulic fit up rotator is mainly used for cylindrical(or low angle taper)work piece fit up welding.
   
• By proper operation, it could regulate the pipe displacement on vertical,horizontal or even inclined direction,so as to make the pipes fit up.
   
• The fit in pipes are conveyed backward by movable turning roller.
   
• Another pipe will be placed in front of the fit in pipe.
   
• And then repeat fit up work.Meanwhile welding the inner & outer circumferential seam.
   
• Repeat above procedure to complete the whole pipes fit up.
   
• It is the optimal equipment to increase production efficiency,insure production quality & decrease labor working intensity.
