Brief introduction:

Self alignment welding rotator is used for tank vessel L.S/C.S welding. With PU coated on the roller, it is able to self aligning the work piece without adjust roller center distance manually.

Self alignment welding rotator feature:

• Self alignment welding rotators can roll different sizes of welding pieces without changing the wheel center.
   
• Rotator units for constant rotating and positioning of workpieces, specially for mechanized welding applications (vessels, tanks, pipes, etc.).

Detail description of self alignment welding rotator:

• Self aligning welding rotators adjust the wheel centerline setting automatically when the vessel is lowered into place. There are no couplings to change and no pins to remove or replace.
   
• Self aligned welding rotator provides constant centerline capabilities which make set-up and alignment quick and easy.
   
• The self-aligning welding rotators, which maintain a constant centerline, can rotate work pieces with diameters as small as 12" and as large as 16' without adjustment or change of drive shafts.
   
• Self aligned welding rotators are available in 15 ton to 180 ton capacity.
   
• Rolls are powered with AC variable frequency drives and the motors provide motors providing a large range of rotation speeds.
   
• Hand-held operator pendants are standard, and optional foot switch controls are available.
   
• The automatically infinitely adjustable centerline settings provide easy alignment for tapered vessels, while the added surface area of (4) wheels per unit provides additional support for thin walled vessels.
   
• Robust design with durable rollers.
   
• Gritblasted steelwork with polyurethane finished coating to endure the abrasive environment of offshore and marine industries.
   
• Oversized bearings.
   
• Specially formulated high-load polyurethane tire design for high wear resistance.
   
• Cast steel gearbox with double worm gear arrangement for smooth operation and minimum backlash.
   
• Solid state inverter for precise speed control.
   
• Motorized and idler rail bogie versions available.
