T&W has strict Quality Control procedure to ensure products quality and maximize the protection of the interests of the vast number of customers, every process, we have QC worker to check and control the quality

T&W has 5 steps testing.
1. Material checking: Quality control on materials, to sort out the qualified and rejected materials before production.
2.Printing checking: include printing oil, CTP or film, printing color and surface treatment
3. Paper-glue and die-cut checking: ensure the paper is glued firmly and die-cut exactly.
4.Hand-making process checking: checking every part is glued in place and firmly, without glue leak or lack of glue.

5.packing & container loading process: use strong master carton and good quality tape, ensure to pack carefully without rough handling,100% ensure full parts are packed well, no any single part missing. Loading container with care.
