Brief introduction

1.Model PDSM20000-CN separator is the newest generation milk separator, mainly used to clarify of milk.

The model is also used to separate similar material in the industry of juice, beverage, Chinese traditional medicine  and chemical industry etc.

2.The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages such as high efficiency, low materiel consumption,  convenient operation and economic maintenance cost. It adopts small piston structure for gaining variable discharging capacity, and PLC control both partly and fully discharging in order to get rid of sediment.

3.The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

4.The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.

5.The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of JB/T8103.3 Disc Separator-Part 3 Milk disc separator, GB19814-2005 Separator: Safety requirements, Q/LZ741-2005 Disc separator design standard, GB/T10894-2004 Separator machine:Test methods for noise generator, GB/T10895-2004 Separator centrifuge: Test methods for machine vibration.

Drum introduction

The drum body is made of 2507 duplex stainless steel and is suitable for CIP cleaning. Other contacted parts made of superior stainless steel which meets the food degree requirements Drum has such features by the precise dynamic balance check as small vibration to the machine, long continuous-running time and safe and reliable performance

Installation notice

1. For maintenance and repair, please leave enough space around the separator when install it.   

2. The installation base should be firm and level.

3. All the pipes connecting with the separator should be flexible pipe.

4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025 and   0.03Mpa.
