20000LPH Automatic Discharge Milk Clarifying Separator , High Speed Food Centrifuge Rotary Machine

Brief introduction:

Model PDSM20000-CN separator is the newest generation milk separator, mainly used to clarify milk.

The model is also used to separate similar materials in the industry of juice, beverage, Chinese traditional medicine, chemical industry, etc.

The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages such as high efficiency, low material consumption,  convenient operation, and economic maintenance cost. It adopts a small piston structure for gaining variable discharging capacity, and PLC controls both partly and fully discharging in order to get rid of sediment.

The clear liquid is pumped out by a centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for a long time with low vibration, safety, and security.

Drum introduction:

The drum body is made of 2507 duplex stainless steel and is suitable for CIP cleaning. Other contacted parts are made of superior stainless steel which meets the food degree requirements

The drum has such features as the precise dynamic balance check as small vibration to the machine, long continuous-running time, and safe and reliable performance

• For maintenance and repair, please leave enough space around the separator when installing it.   
• The installation base should be firm and level.
• All the pipes connecting with the separator should be flexible pipes.
• The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025 and 0.03Mpa.
