Product Description

 

This equipment is a belt type multilayer continuous dryer. The main parts are made of high quality carbon steel. The stainless steel mesh belt is made of SUS304, it runs smoothly, easy to maintain and has a long service life. The whole machine running speed and drying temperature can according to production needs set. It’s has a high degree of automation, saving labor and improving production efficiency.
The dryer can be used not only for the drying of hemp, marihuana, cannabis , but also for Chinese herbal medicine ,salvia
miltiorrhiza, and ginseng, garlic, ginger and so on. The dryer’s temperature and humidity can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
 
Fundamental:
The machine can use electric, gas, LPG, coal,biological particles, diesel and other energy heating. The working principle is that the air heated by the heat source in the hot air stove ,is blown by circulation fans into the inside of the drying cabinet body, so that the moisture of the product is evaporated under the heat. Evaporated under the action, the generated moist air discharged to the outside of the device with the exhaust pipe. The machine can continuously feed and make the material run smoothly. During the material conveying process, the gap is conveyed through the intermittent mesh belt to realize the turnover of the material and reach the homogeneity of the heated wind on all surfaces. It can connect with other equipment to achieve continuous operation.
 
Applications:
The following materials are dried in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries:
Suitable for slurry, paste, powder materials;
Heat sensitive materials requiring low temperature drying;
Easy to oxidize, explosive, strong irritant, highly toxic materials;
A material that requires recovery of organic solvents.
 
 
Features:
Being adapted the heating way of jacket and inner stirring at the same time, its heat conducting area is large and its heat efficiency is high.
Being installed stirring in the machine, it makes raw material in the cylinder form the state of continuous circle inside the
cylinder, so the uniformity to be heated of raw material is raised greatly.
Being installed stirring apparatus in the machine, pulpiness, pastelike mixture or powder raw materials can be dried easy.
 
Documentation:
1)We will finish test certificates for raw material like for S.S.304&SS316L
2) Also we will submit test certificates for all bought out items like motor.
3) Two copies of operational manual with English will be given at the time of dispatch of machine.
4) All our machines guaranteed for trouble free performance for a period of 12 months from commissioning.
