Product overview:

The Model PDSD14000 separator is primarily designed to eliminate water and mechanical impurities from various oils, including diesel oil and lubricating oil, in marine diesel engine units and land-based diesel generator units. Its main purpose is to reduce engine wear, prolong the lifespan of the diesel engine and other machinery, and enhance overall engine performance.

Additionally, the model is capable of separating two immiscible liquids with different specific gravities or removing small amounts of solid particles from a liquid.

The machine offers several advantages, including high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation, and cost-effective maintenance. It allows for the independent discharge of clear oil and dirty water, while the sludge needs to be manually discharged.

This rotary machine is designed for high-speed operation and undergoes accurate dynamic balancing to ensure long-term operation with minimal vibration, ensuring safety and reliability.

The design, production, and acceptance of the machine comply with the standards set by GB/T5745, specifically the "Marine Disc Separator" standard.
